Terms of Service
Using the design tool
The AI/3D design studio is provided free to use for generating and previewing packaging artwork and for capturing project details. Wrapid does not guarantee that any generated artwork is free of third-party intellectual property claims — you are responsible for verifying you have rights to use uploaded logos, images, and text.
Custom quotes and pricing
The site does not display automatic prices or binding estimates. Custom quotes are prepared manually by our packaging specialists after you submit project details (product type, dimensions, quantities, materials, finishes, timeline) and contact information. A quote is not binding until both parties confirm it in writing and an order is placed.
Proof approval
Production does not begin until you approve a digital proof. Once a proof is approved, changes to specifications, artwork, or quantity may not be possible without restarting the production cycle and may incur additional charges.
Minimum order quantities
Typical minimum order quantities are listed on each product page and may vary by die shape, stock, or finish. Exact MOQ for your project is confirmed in the custom quote prepared by our specialists.
Manufacturing and fulfillment
Orders are fulfilled through our vetted manufacturing network of trusted packaging manufacturers and production partners. Lead times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by material availability or production capacity.
Payment
Payment terms are disclosed with your custom quote before you confirm an order. Standard and high-volume projects may require a deposit before production begins.
Cancellations and returns
Projects can be canceled or modified before proof approval without production charges. Once production has started, custom packaging generally cannot be returned or refunded because it is manufactured to your specific design and specification.
Limitation of liability
Wrapid's liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from packaging design, production delays, or third-party manufacturing issues.
