Information we collect
When you use the design studio, request a custom quote, or place an order, we collect the information you provide directly: name, email, shipping and billing address, artwork and design files, and project specifications (including quantities, materials, finishes, and timeline). We also collect standard technical data (IP address, browser, device type) via analytics.
How we use your information
We use your information to provide free design and ideation support, prepare custom quotes, process orders, communicate about project and order status, produce and ship packaging through our production partners, and improve the design tool. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Artwork and design files
Files you upload or generate in the design studio are used to prepare quotes and produce your order, and are shared only with the manufacturing partners fulfilling that order. We do not reuse your artwork for other customers' orders or for training purposes without separate consent.
Payment processing
Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. We do not store full payment card numbers on our own servers.
Third-party sharing
We share order and shipping information with the production partners in our vetted manufacturing network who produce your packaging, and with service providers who help us operate the site (hosting, analytics, payment processing).
Data retention
We retain order records and associated artwork for as long as needed to fulfill orders, support reorders, and meet legal and accounting obligations.

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting hello@wrapidpackaging.com.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the product changes. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
